Return Policy and Limited Warranty Information

Return Policy
Damaged or malfunctioning equipment may be returned for repairs. A return material authorization number (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning any equipment. The RMA must be obtained from AlertOne® Services, Inc. An RMA form will then be faxed or e-mailed to the dealer. The RMA form will include shipping directions. A copy of the RMA is to be returned with the equipment.

AlertOne® Services, Inc. reserves the right to return the equipment to the dealer without repairs. Reasons for returns include, but are not limited to, willful destruction of equipment and/or opening the communicator case by removing the screws.

For undamaged goods, there are no refunds 15 days after date of shipment. An RMA must be obtained prior to any return of equipment. All equipment returns must be in resalable condition, in original packaging and are subject to restocking fees.

This AlertOne® Services, Inc. product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for twelve (12) months. The warranty expiration date is determined by the date of manufacture labeled on each piece of equipment. This warranty extends only to wholesale customers who buy directly from AlertOne® Services, Inc. or through AlertOne® Services, Inc. normal distribution channels. AlertOne® Services, Inc. does not warrant this product to consumers. Consumers should inquire from their selling dealer as to the nature of the selling dealer's warranty, if any. There are no obligations or liabilities on the part of AlertOne® Services, Inc. for consequential damages out of or in connection with use or performance of this product or other indirect damages with respect to loss of property, revenue, or profit, or cost of removal, installation, or reinstallation. All implied warranties, including implied warranties for merchantability and implied warranties for fitness, are valid only until Warranty Expiration Date, as determined by the manufacturing date label on the product. This AlertOne® Services, Inc. Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Warranty shall be void if the manufacturing date label is removed and/or the communicator is disassembled in any manner by unauthorized personnel.

Communicator Backup Battery:

Models: Voice-to-Voice and Non-Voice Including the 3000 Series and Genesis Series Communicators.
